I didn’t start writing because I had answers.
I started writing because I didn’t know what else to do with what I was feeling.
There were seasons where things felt flat, disconnected, and harder to carry than I could explain.
Times I looked fine from the outside but felt totally off on the inside.
And years where I had no words for what I was holding — just the sense that something was missing, and I was the one supposed to hold it together.
Writing gave me a way back.
Not to perfection. Not to some finished version of healing.
But to clarity. To language. To something real enough to move forward with.
That’s what I try to build now — books and tools that help people face what’s underneath without pressure or pretense.
My books are made for people who’ve carried a lot — emotionally, socially, without language for it.
People who are tired of shallow advice but still want something solid to hold onto.
I’ve written:
- From Awkward to At Ease, a 4-week workbook for anyone who struggles with conversation or connection
- Field Manual for the Socially Anxious, a pocket guide for real-world practice
- Stronger Together, a deeper look at male loneliness, numbness, and what healing really takes
- Tools for Men Who Don’t Do Therapy, for anyone who doesn’t know where to start — but knows something has to change
- And The Authentic Writer, for people who want to stop overthinking and write with more clarity and voice
I’m also a voice and clarity editor for writers — fiction and nonfiction — who want to sound more like themselves on the page.
Whether you're working on a book, a personal story, or a project you haven’t quite figured out how to frame yet — I help people get to the version that feels most true.
If any of that resonates, I’m glad you’re here.
